- All items sell "AS IS, WHERE IS". 15% Buyer's Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to the high bid.
- Preview times are Sunday, 9/10/23 and Monday, 9/11/23, 3-5 PM. Preview location is 270 Cromer Drive, Sumter, SC
- Beginning at 7:00 PM on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 11. 2023, four lots will close each minute; individual lots that receive a bid in the final few minutes will have bidding extended.
- Successful bidders, plan to pick up your purchases at 270 CROMER DRIVE, SUMTER, SC 29150 on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2023, by scheduling an appointment on Sign-up Genius (a link will be on your invoice). NOTE: ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING THIS TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED, AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. If you cannot pick up your purchases on this day, or make other arrangements to have your items picked up then, please do not bid! This is the only time available for pickup! Local pick up only! We are under time constraints to have all items moved, and thank you in advance for picking up your items on time!
