Roarick Estate Auction : Announcements, Terms, Conditions:
 1. All items sell "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantee. Bidders are encouraged to personally inspect all items prior to bidding.
 2. A Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to the high bid, the total being the purchase price. SC sales tax (8%) will be added where applicable.
 3. The credit/debit card in your profile will be charged at the conclusion of the auction. Please check your profile now and be sure that your information is current and up to date. If your transaction is not approved, you risk being prohibited from bidding in future auctions.
 4. Beginning at 7:00 PM on Monday, March 16, 2026, all lots will begin closing in a staggered format. Please note: If any lot receives a bid in the final few minutes, that lot will have the bidding time extended.
 5. Preview dates & tims: 12-2 PM, Saturday, March 14, 2026. This is the only scheduled preview time. Preview location: 20 Cheyne Street, Sumter, SC. We welcome and encourage you to inspect all lots! 
 6. Successful bidders, plan to pick up your purchases at 20 Cheyne St., Sumter, SC on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, during the hours of 11AM-6PM. This is the ONLY scheduled pick up date/time. Successful bidders must make an appointment via the sign up link on your invoice. An appointment time is required! NOTE: ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING THIS TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED, AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. If you cannot pick up your purchases on this day, or make other arrangements to have your items picked up then, please do not bid! This is the only time available for pickup! Local pick up only! We are under time constraints to have all items moved, and thank you in advance for picking up your items on time! Buyer is responsible for removal and loading of their purchases, so bring whatever packing materials, tools, and labor you will need to move and load your items!
