1. All items sell "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantee. Bidders are encouraged to personally inspect all items prior to bidding.
2. A Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to the high bid, the total being the purchase price. SC sales tax (7%) will be added where applicable.
3. The credit/debit card in your profile will be charged at the conclusion of the auction. Please check your profile now and be sure that your information is current and up to date. If your transaction is not approved, you risk being prohibited from bidding in future auctions.
4. Beginning at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, all lots will begin closing in a staggered format. Please note: If any lot receives a bid in the final few minutes, that lot will have the bidding time extended.
5. Preview dates & tims: 3-5 PM, Tuesday, January27, &/or Wednesday, January 28, 2026, 3-5 PM each day. These are the only scheduled preview times. Preview location: 3402 Clarence Coker Highway, Turbeville, SC. We welcome and encourage you to inspect all lots!
6. Successful bidders, plan to pick up your purchases at 3402 Clarence Coker Highway, Turbeville, SC on Thursday, January 29, 2026, during the hours of 10 AM-6PM. This is the ONLY scheduled pick up date/time. Successful bidders must make an appointment via the sign up link on your invoice. An appointment time is required! NOTE: ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING THIS TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED, AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
