DeJarnette Downsizing Auction: Announcements, Terms, Conditions:
1. All items sell "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantee. Bidders are encouraged to personally inspect all items prior to bidding.
2. A Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to the high bid, the total being the purchase price. SC sales tax (8%) will be added where applicable.
3. The credit/debit card in your profile will be charged at the conclusion of the auction. Please check your profile now and be sure that your information is current and up to date.
4. Beginning at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, all lots will begin closing. Please note: If any lot receives a bid in the final few minutes, that lot will have the bidding time extended.
5. Preview date & time: Sunday, June 15, 2025, 3-5 PM or Wednesday, June 18, 2025, 3-5 PM. This is the only preview time! Preview location: 3140 Firestone Court, Sumter, SC . We welcome and encourage you to inspect all lots!
6. Successful bidders, plan to pick up your purchases at 3140 Firestone Court, Sumter, SC on Thursday, June 19, 2025, during the hours of 10 AM-6PM. This is the ONLY scheduled pick up date/time. Successful bidders must make an appointment via “Sign-Up Genius; a link will be on your invoice. NOTE: ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING THIS TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED, AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. If you cannot pick up your purchases on this day, or make other arrangements to have your items picked up then, please do not bid! This is the only time available for pickup! Local pick up only! We are under time constraints to have all items moved, and thank you in advance for picking up your items on time! Buyer is responsible for removal and loading of their purchases, so bring whatever packing materials, tools, and labor you will need to move and load your items!
Large sofa with cream upholstery. Sofa measures 88” w x 39” d and is 28” tall.
Wall mirror with gold frame. Measures 41 inches tall by 29 inches wide.
Vintage brass tea set. Possibly middle eastern or Indian origin. Includes teapot, serving tray and six small brass cups that are a little bigger than a shot glass.
Upholstered bench with wooden claw feet. Bench measures 29 1/2 inches wide by 19 inches tall and included is a round piece of cut glass for the top of bench.
Loveseat is a match to lot #101. Loveseat has Cream upholstery and is 65 inches wide and 29 inches tall
Wall decor lot includes small oval brass mirror with floral design, decorative wreath, and gold wooden wall sconce.
Pair of benches with cream upholstered seat. The legs appear to be ornate gilded/painted finish. Measurements are 18” x 14” and is 18” tall.
Exact match to Lot 102. Wall mirror with gold frame. Measures 41 inches tall by 29 inches wide.
Star shower Christmas display that reflects on Ceiling or on the exterior of the house. Shows a Christmas stocking, candy cane, snowflakes, and the big man himself SANTA!
5 x 8 area rug. Missing fringe on both sides. See photos.
Wall floral decor with gold floral design. 39 inches wide.
Cream upholstered chair. Left arm wobbles and could use some anttention. Also included is a small wooden footstool.
Sofa/entrance table with tempered glass top. Measures 4 ft wide and is 25” deep and 28 1/2” tall. Pairs well with lot #107 because of the ornate gilded/painted finish.
(3) wall mirrors. Each measures 16” w x 28” tall and have an ivy design with what appears to be an ornate gilded/painted finish.
Brass candlestick holder with the largest one measuring 19 1/2 inches tall and 14 1/2 inches wide. See photos.
Miscellaneous clear glass lot includes a vase, bowl and trinket dish. The vase is 15” tall and comes in (2) parts. See photos.
Very heavy statue that resembles the Asian “Wise Grandfather” statue. Measures 29” tall.
Metal square floor vase measuring 42” tall. Gold black and burgundy colored square designs. See photos.
Elephant statues. One brown elephant measures 19” tall and one white elephant measures 13” tall.
Beautiful wooden plant stand with claw feet measuring 39” tall.
Metal like candelabra with vine like design and platform for small candles.
Wooden wall hook. Base that attaches to the wall is wooden and it has a metal hanging hook hanging from chain. Not sure what its intended use is but seems like you could use your hang keys or even a plant. Your choice!
Grandfather clock. 79” tall x 35 1/2” wide. UNTESTED.

Fainting couch with burgundy upholstery. Measures 58 inches wide by 20 1/2 inches deep by 37 inches tall.
