1. All items sell "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantee. Bidders are encouraged to personally inspect all items prior to bidding.
2. A Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to the high bid, the total being the purchase price. NC sales tax (6.75%) will be added where applicable. If you are exempt from paying sales tax, you must contact auctioneer and provide documentation prior to bidding!
3. The credit/debit card in your profile will be charged at the conclusion of the auction. Please check your profile now and be sure that your information is current and up to date. Your invoice will be available on our website in your profile, so be sure to check it! We also e-mail this to you, so be sure to check your trash and spam boxes!
4. Auction closing: Beginning at 7:00 PM on Monday, September 9, 2024, all lots will begin closing at a rate of one lot every 15 seconds. Please note: If any lot receives a bid in the final few minutes, that lot will have the bidding time extended.
5. Preview date & time: Saturday, September 7, 2024, 11AM-3PM. This the only preview time! Preview location: 407 Edgewood Circle, Whiteville, NC 28472. We welcome and encourage you to attend and inspect all lots!
6. Successful bidders, plan to pick up your purchases at 407 Edgewood Circle, Whiteville, NC 28472 on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, during the hours of 9AM-6PM. This is the ONLY scheduled pick up date/time/location. Successful bidders must make an appointment via “Sign-Up Genius; a link will be on your invoice. This is important, as the home is very crowded, and we need you scheduled! NOTE: ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING THIS TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED, AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. NOTE THE LOCATION! If you cannot pick up your purchases on this day, during the time allotted, or make other arrangements to have your items picked up then, please do not bid! We can NOT offer transportation of your items to our office! If you bid, come get your items! This is the only time available for pickup! Local pick up only! We are under severe time constraints to have all items removed, and we thank you in advance for picking up your items on time! Buyer is responsible for removal and loading of their purchases, so bring whatever packing materials, tools, and labor that you may need to move and load your items!
