July vehicle auction

Auction Announcements:

1.      These vehicles sell "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantee. Bidders are encouraged to personally inspect all items prior to bidding. A Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to the high bid, the total being the purchase price. SC sales tax will be paid at DMV when you register the vehicle.

2.       Payment terms:  CASH, CASHIERS CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER are the only methods of payment for this auction.  Payment in full is due on Tuesday, July 23, 2024.  Under no circumstances will a vehicle be delivered or picked up until payment in full is confirmed!  Note:  No open titles!

3.       Beginning at 7:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time on  Monday, July 22, 2024, the auction for these vehicles will begin to close. NOTE: If a bid comes in the final few minutes on ANY vehicle, bidding will be extended on ALL vehicles.

4.      Preview/Inspection dates & times are:  Sunday, July 21, 2024, 2024, 3-5 PM or Monday, July 22, 2024, 3-5 PM.  Other times may be available by appointment.  Preview location: 641 Bultman Drive, Sumter, SC  29150. We welcome and encourage you to inspect this truck prior to bidding!

5.      Successful bidders may pick up their purchases at 641 Bultman Drive, Sumter, SC  29150, Sumter, SC on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, by appointment.   Local pick up only! If you require shipping please have your shipper pick up during these scheduled times.
