2. A Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to the high bid, the total being the purchase price. SC sales tax (8%) will be added where applicable.
3. The credit/debit card in your profile will be charged at the conclusion of the auction. Please check your profile now and be sure that your information is current and up to date.
4. Beginning at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, all lots will begin closing. Please note: If any lot receives a bid in the final few minutes, that lot will have the bidding time extended.

6. Successful bidders, plan to pick up your purchases at 6495 Francis Marion Ave., Dalzell, SC 29040 on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, during the hours of 10 AM-6PM. This is the ONLY scheduled pick up date/time. Successful bidders must make an appointment via “Sign-Up Genius; a link will be on your invoice. NOTE: ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING THIS TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED, AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. If you cannot pick up your purchases on this day, or make other arrangements to have your items picked up then, please do not bid! This is the only time available for pickup! Local pick up only! We are under time constraints to have all items moved, and thank you in advance for picking up your items on time! Buyer is responsible for removal and loading of their purchases, so bring whatever packing materials, tools, and labor you will need to move and load your items!
Lovely solid wood dining table with herringbone pattern top measures approximately 30" tall x 42" wide x 72" when extended with the 24" leaf
Set of 6 dinng chairs with padded seats and back and exposed wood. This set includes two arm chairs and four side chairs. These are nice solid chairs in great condition.
Wooden lined silverware chest contains two patterns of silver plated flatware and serving pieces
Seven piece saki set with silver toned metal tray and six cobalt blue colored glasses in silver toned stems.
Iridescent shebet/ champagne glasses and three colored bubble stemmed glasses. One sherbet has a hairline crack.
Vintage cruet set with salt, pepper, and sugar with lid measures approximately 3.5" tall nested on a round tray.

1970s clear glass vintage pipe
Six amethyst sherbets and one amethyst bowl with clear pedestal. One sherbet is cracked and the bowl has a small chip as shown.
8" MCM vase with red, topaz, and clear glass. Appears to be hand cut and mouth blown very similar to a vintage Alessandro Mandruzzato for Murano but no markings are observed.

This lot consists of a (4) drawer metal filing cabinet with lock and key, a metal storage box with lock and key, tote on rolling cart, an office phone, and 2 large zippered bags.
Get in shape with this exercise lot. Leg weights, arm weights, leg bands, hand strengtheners, ball, and even a jump rope are included. Red step stool also included but not suggested for exercise.
Wall art consist of one wooden framed piece of white snowflake lace frame of a cardinal with the inscription saying our friendship is like a garden, who's growing season never ends and a ceramic plaque that says live every day as life has just begun.
Decorative German plates, a cross stitched green matted frame of "we all grow better and sunshine and love" and (1) cross stitched Bluejay w/ birdhouse in a gold picture frame that can hang on the wall or sit on a shelf.

3 cushioned sofa. Both ends recline and measures 36" tall and 82" wide in beige courdaroy material that matches recliner in lot #213.
