1. Vehicle sells "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantee. Bidders are encouraged to personally inspect all items prior to bidding. A Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to the high bid, the total being the purchase price.
2. Payment in full in cash, cashiers check, or wire transfer is due within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction.
3. Beginning at 6:30 PM on January 29, 2015, the auction will begin to close. Should a bid be received a bid in the final few minutes, bidding will be extended.

Auctioneer note: Some have asked if this car is a W-30 version of the 442.. We cannot give a definitive answer to that question. The car is a 442, and has some features of a W-30, but the modifications that have been done (replacing transmission, new ignition, Edelbrock intake and carb, etc.) make authentication as a true W-30 difficult. Accordingly, we state: This a 442, but not documented as a W-30; as in all auctions, bidder should rely on their own inspection.

Auctioneer note #2: I drove the car today (1/27/15), and offer the following observations: The shifter works, but will need replacing soon. The speedometer and odometer are working, but other in dash guages are not working. Aftermarket tachometer, oil pressure, and temp. guages are working, but not the ammeter.
